I’m so sorry to hear you are disappointed with your nightgown. Our embroidered bath and bed linens are all made by Zulu women in South Africa, our nightgowns are made by a woman-run team of workers in a socially responsible factory in China. We have been working with them for many years creating styles to our specifications. We are proud of the quality and rave reviews we receive about our collection. I’m so sorry you had a frustrating experience ordering from us, Rodney. You are quite right, we could do better with showing the measurements of each nightgown on our website. We are working on it, thank you fir the feedback. I’m not sure why your order confirmation went to your spam folder, we will investigate. I was unable to find your order under your name, it might be under your wife’s name. Exchanges are free if your wife would like to exchange her nightgown for another size or a return it for a refund.
