TLDR: beautiful nightgown, insane import fees. Upside: The nightgown is absolutely lovely and has become my heatwave uniform in and out of the house and, were it not for the crappy shipping and lack of transparency, I’d probably order 3 more in a heartbeat. Downside: They charged me 22$ for shipping (to Canada), did not advertise anywhere on their website or in any confirmation email that there would be import fees upon receipt (the fees were an additional 70$…quite excessive). Then, they did not share my email address with UPS to ensure I would get updates on the shipment, therefore I was never informed that it was out for delivery nor that there were fees to pay. I found out for myself when I went on the tracking website and it was about to be returned to sender.
