Great customer service and beautiful product. Shipping took awhile but that was due to carrier issues, not Jacaranda. I will definitely shop again!

I have purchased two night dresses for myself and one for my daughter. The gowns are even more beautiful in person - romantic, ethereal, and easy to wear. I am beyond thrilled with the quality and craftsmanship of the gowns. The fabric is soft, wears beautifully, and washes well. Even slightly wrinkled from air drying, the gowns feel sentimental. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the brand. Jacaranda Living comes to mind when I think about gifts both for myself, and my nearest and dearest. Over and above the enchanting pieces, their customer service is exceptional - personal, professional, and attentive. Best customer service! I ordered a Christmas nightgown for my daughters 4 days before Christmas Eve night (rolling the dice that they would get here in time. I received an email that they shipped them priority hoping to get them here in time. They arrived Christmas Eve evening and are the most beautiful/sweetest nightgowns! I will be a customer for life!
