Fake advertising; misleading everything.

I'm so sorry your package is delayed, Lawrence. Tracking is showing it is out for delivery today, I believe the USPS delays to FL addresses were caused by the hurricane disruptions. I assure you we do not do any fake advertising or try to mislead anyone in any way. We will gladly replace the nightgown if it has gone missing in the postal system.

the size chart is not true to size my tops came in large like i ordered. but i could not even button them. I spent 80$. Im afraid to order anything else from your company. The tops were beautiful but cant wear them.

Jacarandaliving refused to accept my return and failed to refund my original form of payment even though I packaged up merchandise neatly and returned promptly. The items did not fit me and I ordered another size but never received a refund for the items returned due to incorrect size. It was very disappointing!!!

I just received the “dress” and I have never been so disappointed. It is about as flimsy as anything I have ever seen. I bought it after buying 3 dresses from Nordstrom and their dress of similar style was sold out. I had such a positive feeling given your website presentation. I would be ashamed to give this to my granddaughter. How do I return this?

I purchased a large nightgown that I actually expected to be a bit roomy since I am a medium. The nightgown itself fit except the straps were too short and they were not adjustable ! I requested a return label which was NOT included in the envelope with the nightgown as all of my other online orders have. To add “insult to injury” when the label arrived I was told I would be charged $6.00 for the label !!! Nowhere in the order did I see this. I have yet to receive the item I ordered for Mother's Day. That is what happens when you ship via the USPS. Sunday, May 16th, and still waiting.

I am so sorry to hear you have not yet received your order, Robert! We shipped it on the same day you placed the order, May 6. You’re right USPS must be experiencing delays again, when we track your order it shows it was scanned yesterday (5/15) and is “arriving late”, currently in transit. Their website tells a lovely story with pictures of South African Zulu women making these gowns. Mine arrived with a label “made in China “. Highly disappointed.
