Thank you for this feedback Julie! We will bear this in mind for our future designs, similar to the Amy nightgown with the crossover top. Many of our other styles have gathers at the bodice which would solve this problem. We are so pleased to hear you like it a lot!

We’re disappointed to hear you’ve not received your nightgowns, Sally! We shipped it within 24 hours of receiving your order. Unfortunately international packages take a little longer. Tracking shows it is still in transit, we hope you will receive it in Australia in a few days!

I’m so sorry to hear you have not yet received your package, Joyce. I assure you we mailed it to you in Singapore as soon as we received your order. An automated email went out to you with the tracking number as soon as it shipped on May 7. We will e-mail a copy of it to you, it might have gone into your spam folder. I apologize for that, I can understand your frustration. We will keep a close watch on your package and stay in touch with you via e-mail. Of course we will replace it if it has gone missing but we should give it a few more days. International packages through the US Mail can take a little longer. With kind regards, Cathy Deale

I’m so sorry you had a frustrating experience ordering from us, Rodney. You are quite right, we could do better with showing the measurements of each nightgown on our website. We are working on it, thank you fir the feedback. I’m not sure why your order confirmation went to your spam folder, we will investigate. I was unable to find your order under your name, it might be under your wife’s name. Exchanges are free if your wife would like to exchange her nightgown for another size or a return it for a refund.
