I ordered 3 night gowns on May 7th. As of today, 14 days later, I didn't get any follow up email on my shipment. No tracking number was given, so I emailed your company. Then I got a response today from Natalie, telling me the order has been shipped on May 8th and gave me a USPS shipping number. Unfortunately, the tracking still said in Jamaica since May 8th, today is 21st... Would appreciate your company give prompt shipping info and tracking info. Your clients deserve to obtain this kind of info without asking . Thank you Jacaranda! PS. Since I brought up the shipping issue - The team from Jacaranda Living is absolutely fabulous. They are keeping me posted. I am still a fan of Jacaranda's night gowns, they are the most elegant, comfortable and softest Cotton and yet durable nightgowns I have ever own :) Thank you Jacaranda Team!!

I’m so sorry to hear you have not yet received your package, Joyce. I assure you we mailed it to you in Singapore as soon as we received your order. An automated email went out to you with the tracking number as soon as it shipped on May 7. We will e-mail a copy of it to you, it might have gone into your spam folder. I apologize for that, I can understand your frustration. We will keep a close watch on your package and stay in touch with you via e-mail. Of course we will replace it if it has gone missing but we should give it a few more days. International packages through the US Mail can take a little longer. With kind regards, Cathy Deale

I have yet to receive the item I ordered for Mother's Day. That is what happens when you ship via the USPS. Sunday, May 16th, and still waiting.

I am so sorry to hear you have not yet received your order, Robert! We shipped it on the same day you placed the order, May 6. You’re right USPS must be experiencing delays again, when we track your order it shows it was scanned yesterday (5/15) and is “arriving late”, currently in transit. It shouldn’t take this long from MA to MD. If you don’t receive it in the next few days we will gladly send you a replacement. Kind regards, Cathy Deale

Ordered a beautul shower cap. The plasticized fabric is lovely but the cap is unlined and the construction is poor. Shocked by the price giving way to such poor and minimal workmanship.
Response from Jacaranda LivingMay 6, 2021
I’m so sorry to hear you’re not happy with your shower cap, Valerie. It’s is designed to be unlined as the fabric is waterproof and quick to dry. They are made by a small group of women in South Africa who take great pride in their workmanship. Perhaps there was a flaw in the construction on yours? Please call or send us an email at [email protected] and we will gladly help resolve it. Best, Cathy

This was my first time ordering from Jacaranda Living. Both pieces of sleepwear were very well made and the fabrics were just what I wanted. Unfortunately, I had to return both items. I am a very petite woman and both items were too large for me. Jacaranda made returning the items very simple.

We're so sorry that the nightgowns didn't work out! Please let us know if we can help you find any shorter style that might suit you better.
