the quality of songs are pretty good. I used other alternatives to iTunes play but most of them are low on quality. iTunes play do have a little play list but the quality is good. 1 Star to increase the quantity.

Its next to impossible to simply gift someone Itunes money, like it should be as simple as logging into your itunes account or device click gift, giving the apple id number it confirm it exists and you select amount. No they ask you for bsb numbers credit cards why it should be the same as buying apps. The whole gift process they advertise never works it says contact apple support they refer you to a 48 hour ordering service with with tons of fields to fill out = sorry bye apple Were all doing google play cards now APPLE is just TOO HARD

Min Iphone kan slet ikke tænde eller oplade. Jeg prøvede at tilføje den til Itunes på computeren, men da jeg ikke har andre apple enheder, kan jeg ikke komme ind på den, og se om jeg kan gemme noget, da man får en kode på en af sine andre enheder, man skal skrive for at komme videre, og siden jeg ikke har en, er der ikke noget jeg kan gøre. Det er generelt også bare lidt irriterende, at man SKAL ringe til apple kundeservice, og ikke bare kan skrive en mail.

I received an Apple Store gift card for christmas but what I wanted was an iTunes gift card. I spent over 30 minutes on the phone this morning calling Apple Store only to be informed that I cannot exchange an Apple Store card for an iTunes card without the receipt.... It was a gift... CLEARLY I DON'T HAVE A RECEIPT - DUH!!! What I do have is a gift card # and a PIN and still the service rep, who said he was CHARLES, A SENIOR ADVISOR AT THE ITUNES STORE, said the policy was he can't do it. When I asked him what the policy stated as the reason why, he could not answer. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he said he could not do that. TERRIBLE SERVICE, APPLE!!!! YOU SHOULD BE DOING BETTER!!!

The service is crap, it needs improving.

Atrocious customer service. Purchased two singles on I Tunes that have now "disappeared" from my library. Been sending e- mails for nearly a year now and still not resolved! Also lie in their earlier responses that they called and I was "out of town". Total BS! Looking for another provider of downloadable music now.
