iTools isn't user-friendly
iTools isn't user-friendly. It's hard to manage the iPhone using itunes. Please upgrade the iTunes like 3uTools.

Why am I missing Music that I stored on my old iPhone that didn’t go into my new iPhone. I uploaded CD’s that I own to my computer and loaded all of them to my iPhone but they are missing on my new iPhone. WT💢

iTunes looked great from the cover
iTunes looked great from the cover, but was very buggy as I continued to use it, I think I would not advise people to also use iTunes due too the buggy interface.
