Itunes is horrible and really frustrating, soooo over engineered and everything about it takes far to long. If i could give no stars i would. Iv put my ipod onto a golf tee and hit it with an old 5 iron. Nuff said.

I cancelled my subscription yet I haven't received any refunds

Ich habe eine App gekauft und wollte den Kauf nach 5 Tage widerrufen. Apple meinte, dass ich auf mein Widerrufsrecht verzichtet hätte, was ich nie habe. Mein Geld habe ich daher nicht zurück bekommen, obwohl ich ein Recht darauf habe.

There was 2 in-app purchases that were not authorized and I didn't purchase them. Dates are April 29th ($9.99) and one other one on March 4th. Having a new phone and people knowing your password or can just put the phone in front of your face to authorize a purchase isn't fair. Setting up restrictions doesn't work. I contacted iTunes and Teri was very unhelpful. She didn't tell me why she wouldn't refund me, but kept copying and pasting the rules. Which when I read them, didn't explain anything. Then she wouldn't cut me a check for all the money left in my iTunes account so I can close it and be done with Apple. Teri was rude and inconsiderate.

Do not refund my money! I cancelled my Deezer subscription in May 2017 but realized this year that they still charge... Deezer agree that I cancelled but tells it is itunes that continue to take my money, and only itunes can refund. Itunes agree to refund 1 of 13 months... and say I am not eligible for the remaining months!!?? Dear itunes - it is not legal to take money without any counter service... Br Lars

Svært at kontakte apple fra Grønland. Apple har trukket penge fra vores konto og landkode for telefoner i apple support eksisterer Grønland ikke.

Køb ALDRIG gennem iTunes !!! Vi købte ved en fejl et par lydbøger fra Politikens bogforlag og har flere gange forsøgt at få refunderet beløbet, men de gider overhovedet ikke at svare. Det er simpelt hen for dårligt af et så stort foretagende. SÅ PAS PÅ !!!

I don't understand why keep sending me ads for music & movies but when I try to buy them, they say that those movies are still not available in my country.
