I was charged from some I tune I am asking for refund I was charged £52.99 and ask for refund I called my bank ask refund the customer service was absolutely disgraceful as me got charged from the bank of Scotland twice £52.99 which I don’t use the website or I ask for refund and it been account and get recharged at £72.00 what bad service from iTunes would like my refund from April may 2019 won’t be able to use service or website please help with refund and not get charged twice for which not used or charges millions and billions people get scam be aware of this scam

SignNow svindel Helt tilbage i december 2018 opsagde jeg mit abonnement på Sign-Now som administreres af Itunes. Men regningerne blev ved med at komme hver måned og jeg har flere gange gjort opmærksom på det pr. mail. Så nu ville jeg prøve at ringe til en "call back service". De undskylder sig med at de har prøvet - men - det har de ikke. Så de er med andre ord gået helt i flyverskjul og bliver ved med at sende regninger. Det er hvad jeg kalder svindlere. Itunes har jo desværre en monopol lignende stilling så de kan være svære at undvære. Men hold jer væk fra SignNow

Rubbish. Signed up to Apple Music's Free Month Trial service. In the past I've cancelled other subscription services through my iPhone early but have been allowed to use the remaining free trial period without any issues and then I'm not charged at the end. However, I did this again for the Apple Music and it disabled it straight away. So why offer a free trial and when its cancelled you disable the remaining rewarded free time? Apple hope you forget to cancel and they can charge you at least one months subscription before you realise and cancel. Then it's your fault for not cancelling. They punish you for being smart and cancelling the subscription early before your actually charged after the free month's trial. The music is fine, nothing special and you can find cheaper music subscriptions elsewhere. I seriously cannot wait to ditch Apple all together and get a Samsung which is so much better than iPhone and Apple poor treatment of customers for the sake of money.

Apple music which is on a subscription-based is not that acceptable as there are various competitors offering almost the same variety of content and that too free.

Received an iTunes gift card as a birthday present from my daughter. Tried to redeem it - not possible. Asked for help. None on offer. Avoid gift cards.

Det er helt utrolig hvor lidt det fungere, uanset hvad man skal med itunes går der fisk idet. idag må jeg simpelhen opgive at få opdateret en nyindkøbt gammel ipad. den skal tilsluttes itunes for at få ios 12, men det må jeg konstatere ikke kommer til at ske, det virker simpelthen bare ikke. Der var engang hvor apples produkter faktisk virkede, nu er det vigtigere at sprøjte ting på gaden, end at de faktisk virker.
