It was very easy to order and they were prompt on getting it toe. I actually got it on a Friday and it wasn't supposed to be here til Monday. Very happy with the product also.

The quality of my products is absolutely top notch. Looks and function are perfect, and they don't feel like they'll break if someone sets them down a little hard, (although I still put felt pads on the base). I will definitely be coming back.

When I got my bong it had a cracked bowl and I told them and they replaced it right away which was awsome and they got it to me fast

I have received my purchase order and I am very disappointed! I believe this is my 1st and last purchase from you guys as there was problems with my shipping and now it's me getting broken product and a couple of other item's looked like I shouldn't use due to it splintering shards of glass! The packing job was done with near perfection and I’ve never seen due to the precise position and adequate use of packing material that only made safer so uwell done bravo. I know I’m gonna be coming through in the future when it comes to glass.👍
