Good and reliable company.

Quality was good but shipping was a couple days late but I would recommend

I bought the Hemper Tech Cleaning Plugs and Caps, and the 3.5" Mini Elephant Hand Pipe. Although I requested the purple plugs and caps, I received the green. I kept the green, though, figuring there weren't any more purple, and the color wasn't as important as getting the job done; green, purple, these help get the cleaning done, no matter the color. These plugs and caps are awesome because they allow me to clean my glassware without losing all of my cleaning solution. Plug them in, shake your solution with the plugs or caps inserted, wash out thoroughly with hot water, let air-dry, and voilà! Clean glass! The 3.5" elephant is nice and compact. It's very portable and discreet. And the pull on this baby is nice, indeed! Your product will stay lit so you don't have to keep lighting it, yet it won't burn down too quickly! It's also a fantastic conversation piece! Kudos to the artisan who created this beautiful piece. Nice addition to my collection!

fast shipping, zero hiccups in the buying and shipping process and very high quality stuff never disappoints.

When I first ordered, I recieved a faulty piece that broke immediately first use. I was so upset! 420somewhere emailed me for a review, and I told them about the broken piece. They sent me a new one right away! This one has been hitting like a champ and works perfectly! I would TOTALLY recommend its420somewhere to everyone!!!!

Everything came fast and was nicely packaged. Both of these were 14$ each (just needed something cheap). These products are decent not great (you get what you pay for). I ended up getting the "Generic" brand or the site brand. Overall great site and awesome customer support. -- Have a nice day
