Brian, You never contacted us in regards to any issues. We have since reached out to you a few times with no response. We would have gladly worked out something for you to make you satisfied. I'd like to try to clear a few things up: First, the oil burner pipe you purchased is completly round and does not have any flat spots, not sure why you thought it would be. These pipes are not made to lay on a flat surface. Our pictures and description clearly state this. Second, as for paying way to much for shipping? You ordered two $4.99 pipes for a total of $9.98. All orders of $25 or more ship for free, that is stated in numerous places on our website, including checkout. All orders under $25 pay a minimul $4.99 shipping which is very fair since the actually shipping we paid was $5.38. Again, all orders over $25 ship completly free with no strings attached. This was all clearly stated to you before you submitted your order. In conclusion, if you would have reached out to us we would have gladly come up with a solution that you would have been satisfied with, we always do. Our number one goal is to make sure ALL customers are satisfied regardless of how big or small their order is. Sincerely, Steve
