Product arrived earlier than eta date. Came exactly as pictured and described! wrapped in eco-friendly packaging that was discreet. Glass isnt the thickest however for the price it's a very good deal. I will definitely be ordering again when the time comes.

The weird round glass joint doesn’t sit in the opening well, so it rattles around. Also, this wasn’t the right measurement, despite checking multiple sites for where to measure the length. Waste of money, not worth trying again. Edit: Steve has emailed me three times, pestering me to update this review so here we go. They refunded my money, which is nice, but this glass piece is undoubtedly awful. I took it to a local head-shop and we tried this down stem on multiple pieces. It sits an inch outside your piece, and the ball joint makes the down stem unstable, so it rattles around when you remove the bowl to clear it. I do not recommend anyone buy this down stem.

The downstem I ordered got here really quick and so far it has worked out great
