My order #54989 was never delivered. I placed my order 5/29/2024. I was sent a tracking number via email stating that my order would be received 6/5/2024. The tracking made it all the way to my state. Then, was never loaded on the truck for delivery. I reached out to itoolmax several times receiving no response. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Then, I received an email from itoolmax stating that they were sending another package though I'd requested a refund. They gave me the exact same order number (which let's you know that they never sent a new package). I still have not received my order or the refund that I requested multiple times. I have informed them that I purchased lawn care tools from Walmart but they still refuse to refund my money. I still have all correspondence and tracking info proving that I never received anything. The tracking still says arriving June 5th, 2024.

Waiting on my money returned to me $169.97, been waiting since 5-30-24. Today's date is 7-15-24. Do Not order from Itoolmax. They are a fraud. There's no working phone number for them. Company is from China. Only way of contact is thru email in which no reply. Stopped payment at my bank. Then I heard from a bot that this company uses... They begged me to remove my reviews, I Will Not. Bank released funds to them now I want my full Refund back. I want FULL REFUND NO CRAP ABOUT ANY FAKE CHARGES. Anytime I see an ad for ITOOLMAX ON FB, IG OR ANY OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA SITE, I WILL POST DO NOT BUY.... BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY... CHINA COMPANY.

Follow up to my last review got an email reply promised me a new part or new saw still waiting , they also remove bad reviews from the website as I said before they are SCAMMERS

I initially gave a 1 star review of this company as I only received a 2 of the 3 items I ordered. I was informed by the courier company that customs returned my missing item to the sender with no explanation. I made several attempts to contact this company by email to no avail. My missing item arrived today by a different courier in which I must say is in very good condition and well made. I would have given a 5 star review if only they had responded to my emails.

I purchased solar Street lights from this company and when they arrived one was smashed beyond use. I EMAILED THE COMPANY and they wanted photos, which I sent to them. Since then they have ignored any form of contact (Ghosted me ) complaints placed on their facebook,adverts about their service have resulted in my account being suspended. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY IT IS COSTLY. 😕😒😡

I ordered my 4 in 1 jump starter on June 20 and it hasn't arrived yet. I've sent the company 2 emails and they haven't responded. I'm in Australia.

continue to ask me for photos of the box of tools they send me where their was no charger. I have send photos twice but they dont react and they havent send me the charger. Swindel company just keeping asking questions but dont deliver what I payed for!!!!
