I purchased the grass trimmer and received the wrong battery charger, therefore the item is useless.

Can do better！
I bought a Weed Burner, but when I got it, I had no clue how to install it. I contacted customer service, but they didn't get back to me right away. They finally responded a day later and sent me a video, which helped me install it.

No response
Received the pole saw and it arrived promply. The saw works independently but as soon as I attache the poles it wont work. I have emailed the company a number of times and get no response. In theory the product seems okay but so far they have terrible customer services. If it changes I will do a new review. The product comes from the states I guess and as such I dont think I have any consumer protection
