This portable jump starter with an air pump is a lifesaver on road trips. It's simple to use, and having the air pump to quickly top up the tires is a fantastic feature.

This 4-in-1 mist camping fan has been great for our outdoor trips. The fan and mist combination work surprisingly well to keep us cool.

This jump starter and power bank are such a handy tool. It's powerful enough to start my car, and I like that I can also use it to charge my phone.

Ordered 2 outdoor solar lights. After reading directions could not put in direct sunlight and was not waterproof. Contacted the company on day 13 (30 day money back guarantee) they said since I had had the product so long they wanted pictures. So I send pictures of the return. Now they want me to keep product give me 30% off my bill, and for me to gift it to someone else. I have already disputed it with my Credit Card, hopefully with all the email proof I can get a refund thru my C.C. BIG SCAM POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Hello Teresa, May I confirm if your order number is #135077? First, I'd like to clarify the product specifications for you: 1.The product is designed for outdoor environments with direct sunlight, such as roadsides, outdoor sports fields, and other similar areas. 2.As a product specifically made for outdoor use, it is waterproof provided that it remains intact. Therefore, the issues you mentioned should not occur in theory. We suspect there might be some incorrect information in the instruction manual included in your package. If it's convenient for you, could you please share the content of the manual with us? We will verify and handle it as soon as possible. Thank you for your cooperation~ All the best. iToolMax Team

I'm so glad I bought this 4-in-1 weed eater! It's powerful yet surprisingly light, and the setup video was a huge help - I was up and running in just a few minutes.

Do not buy anything from this company. They have lied over and over again and have not kept their word. The product I purchased was very inferior and they have been given me a run around for three weeks and will not accept a return as their website states. READ ALL TEIR REVIEWS AND YOU WILL SEE THAT THEY ARE AN UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY.
Response from itoolmax.comJul 26, 2025
Hello Curt, We are sorry to bring you a bad experience. Due to the surge in orders, the after-sales emails have accumulated, so it is late to follow up on your order after-sales. However, we have tried our best to handle the emails and follow up on you first, please check your email. All the best. iToolMax Team
