I purchased an iPad 4th generation for my special needs daughter when they advertise them on sale in November gave it to my daughter for Christmas and it did not work. When I contacted the company I was told 30 days had passed and there is nothing they can do. I had purchased several items two out of the five items that I purchased did not work.

DOA computer. Once I sent a photo of my issue, I was given a fedex return slip. It was as simple as an Amazon return to get a refund

I purchased 2 of these iPads 11/9 as Xmas gifts. Received Chinese models instead of US versions shown on the website and also iPhone chargers. After contacting CS, I was assured that correct adapters would be shipped...on 12/22, they said they cannot ship correct chargers. Meanwhile I paid for iPad covers, installed screen shields and spent 3+ hours updating to latest Apple OS versions. I accepted the Chinese models since I assumed a large vendor would be able to provide replacement chargers. I even offered to accept non-Apple chargers. Should have trusted my instincts and stayed away from a vendor who operates out of a AIRPORT RUNWAY address. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS VENDOR. SCAM BAIT AND SWITCH.

I had ordered a mystery box from them before and had no problems. The one I ordered in December did not get shipped and it was a gift for someone so that was disappointing. After a few emails I finally got a refund. But my friend never got the gift:(

Return policy stinks! No customer service! Will never order from them again!

Oh my gosh! What a shady company! They show one item on the website and send you something nothing like it and expect you to pay to return the crap they sent! RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I needed to return an item I had purchased a few weeks ago. I was credited with a refund and it was a very smooth transactions. I was happy at their turn around time and honoring my return. They did great.
