Great products and even better customer service

Had a problem with not receiving a shipment, but customer service was great. They followed up with the problem being taken care of and re-shipping even though it was not their problem.

I bought an item and it turned out not to be what I needed. I made it very easy to return and credited my account.

I had a problem with the tracking number of my order and the customer representative that I contacted was very helpful and quick. They solved my issue very quickly .

Had a issue with the order processing through. Charged my CC twice, but there was never an order confirmation and customer service had no record of my email address placing an order. Customer service was very helpful (but was email only so it took longer than a phone call would have) and figured out the issue, credited back where due, and fulfilled the missing order. Pretty painless overall and system issues happen. (Disclaimer: I'm an IT guy who has job security from these! :)
