I contacted their customer service and from that point until I received my refund, Mary (the CSR) took care of everything, including giving me constant updates. Excellent customer service. I bought the wrong beats headphones. When I couldn’t find a telephone number to get them returned I was concerned. I shouldn’t have been. The email response was quick and I was able to return the product with no problem. I dealt with Mary in customer service and she was excellent.

I've ordered many items from iTechDeals. I think they have some of the most unique items and the best prices. My last order included 3 lighted switch plate covers and one of them was broken upon arrival. I contacted customer support about it and was asked to send pictures of the item in question. Amy at customer service promptly responded and arranged for a new replacement to be sent ASAP.
