I made a purchase on iTechDeals.com and paid thru Pay Pal. Unfortunately, I didn't realize until AFTER I clicked the send button that my old address was still in PP's system. That address is what was transmitted to iTechDeals.com. I immediately sent a message to ITD's customer support to explain the situation. An agent replied to my concerns promptly, made the address change in their system and notified me by email. Problem solved. No further drama or jumping through hoops on my part. One-and-done. As a first time customer, I can say that the customer support of this company is first rate. I'm expecting to have future problem-free transactions with ITD.

Added a review to a product that was not as advertised and the review never posted. No RMA offered.

I ordered the wrong computer, i didnt want the company to give me the money back they could just credit me because i saw what i really needed and would only have to add some more money, they stoppred my order for me without hesistation, that said a lot about how they really feel about having a satisfied costumer, now they have one for life. I will tell all Facebook who will listen to go this company, emaculate service!!!!!!!!!

Item I ordered didn't come for a long time. First comm was "we don't know you." Then Mary took over and got a refund of the full price for me. I had crossed them off my list, but I've started reading their updates again.

I purchased a pair of Beats by Dre Solo 3 Wireless headphones and the stopped working so I took them to the Apple Store. The manager came out and said they were fake and he pointed out 7-8 areas where you could clearly see they were fake when they were next to a real pair! Amy in Customer Service really helped me out and was apologetic and she created an RMA and I returned them and got full credit on my PayPal. Amy did a great job and I will still shop at iTechDeals!!!
