Checked on the status of my order... ordered 5/2 and hasn't shipped as of 5/11. I understand that it can take up to 6bd or longer to ship but wanted to contact Customer Service to see if they had any idea on when my order would ship. I had a very quick response from the customer service team and my order was shipped within 72h of my inquiry!

I received an item I purchased a week ago..it arrived damaged and unusable. I contacted the company explaining and even sent pictures showing the item arrived broken and unusable..they claimed they would issue a replacement it has now been a week and absolutely nothing has been done.. I have contacted customer service multiple times and still nothing has been done..still havent received a replacement or even tracking and shipping showing one has been sent out..my recommendation is to be aware and stay away

Hello, a few weeks ago I bought a door bell, I recived it. after reading the intruciones, I put the batteries did not work. well i sent an email to customer support late night and I was surprised that they sent me an email immediately letting me know that although it is weekend as soon as they met, they will send me more emails about my case. Yesterday I received an email saying that my new door bell is on the way. Thanks for your help itechdeals Happy customer
