Item is as described; refurbished, i.e. def not new, but well worth the dirt-cheap price. Customer service was very responsive. My only complaint is that it took about three weeks to arrive.

I did not receive my shipment nor a tracking number. I contacted customer service and and they immediately resent the order. It has just been sent so have not received the item as yet, but excellent customer service!

I purchased a refurbished Apple Watch, Series 1, along with a 2 year product replacement protection plan. I experienced problems with the watch locking the screen, and problems with tracking my walk. I was walking with a friend who also has an Apple watch, and we did not have the same walking speed. I also could not pair the watch with my earbuds. I purchased another watch from another vendor, and had none of these issues. I notified iTechDeals, and they told me to contact CPS for warranty work. I did so, sent the watch in, then received it back with a note that they found no problem with the watch. I have emailed iTechDeals twice more, and have only received an email that their emails must have gone to my spam folder. As I got that email, obviously they didn't answer me to begin with. At least I only spent about $130, but I don't appreciate being ignored. Will not buy anything from them again, and will tell my friends and family to avoid this website.

I souls would recommend ITechdeal because they have the best prices better than any other online electronic online sales. I had to return my product and they were very accommodating.

i purchased a refurbished laptop but received a damaged salvaged laptop instead. no refurbishment was made to the laptop. customer service was responsive, polite and helpful. i received my refund timely.
