I received a charging cord that didn't work. I emailed them and they were very apologetic and are sending me a new one. There are so many good buys on this site, but I wanted to wait to see how customer service and products are before ordering other items. I am happy with their support team.

Purchased the Ring and it doesn’t come with all parts needed(SD card and batteries) missing parts are hard to find...useless to me now. Waste of 40.00

My item did not work that I ordered and the issue was resolved immediately. Customer service responded to me quite quickly and was sent a replacement which works as expected. Would definitely order from tech deals again!

iTechDeals sent me an email on an excellent price on a HP Chromebook G3. So I ordered 3 of these. Nowhere on the site does it say these were refurbished and blimished. They came from a school with an engraved 4" stamp on the top side of these computers. All three were scratched beyond belief. On one of the computers the top screen was chipped. I actually had to go back and forth with customer care a few times and send pics. They told me I could return them for a 12 dollar restock fee and I not only had to pay to ship them back but they must receive it back within 14 days. Just be forewarned, the picture they show you may not be what you are receiving. Not even close. Stay away from these guys.

Their customer service is horrible. I received a Kindle with a scratched up screen, as they packed it very poorly for shipping. They said I could ship it back to them, AT MY EXPENSE, and they would replace it. They would probably ship another damaged device, and I would have to pay for that shipping as well. They shipped it in a plastic bag, not a box, so of course it was going to damaged in shipping. They took no responsibility, and each response from them took a few days.
