Purchased 2 Chromebooks. Was having problems with getting 1 of them to power on. Contact Itech support. After several troubleshooting methods no fix. Contacted Amy back from ItechDeals support. She sent me a RMA label to send it back for a refund. I informed her that I didnt want a refund can they just replace it with another. She informed me that was possible. ItechDeals is sending a replacement. Im conpletely satisfied with their response time. Every email I sent got answered promptly.

There were a few items that are useful for me, but most of them were more suited to a younger crowd. It would be great if they asked for an age range for creating these tech boxes. I liked the night light, but I prefer night lights that don't use batteries as they seem to eat them quickly. This one takes 4 triple A batteries. The phone stick-on wallet pocket is ok, but I don't really think it's safe to attach my credit cards to my phone. It might be nice if I was taking a walk. At 70, I don't really need a mini drone. It was fun to try it out though. Not sure I'd do it again.

Finally...good support, difficult to get to/discover the appropriate link to cancel a recent order. Once the link was found, found, received good response, and documents cancellation assurance. If an order has not shipped, it should be easy to change, or cancel.

I bought the Ring Video Doorbell. It wasn’t hard to install. It’s just what I’ve been looking for and I love all the features that the Ring has. Great price too!

Hello, While I was disappointed in the appearance of the laptop etc Amy was very couteous and helpful with the return. I did not realize that this was a used computer as the add did state, and I will look closer in the future. Great customer service Again Thank You Amy. Thanks Bob Cannon
