Very impressed with customer service. Getting a response from a human was quite a change from auto-reply and gibberish copy/paste from a prepared script. ITech has nailed an important aspect of any firm's growth and stability.

The customer service experience I received was fantastic. I had an issue with something that was completely on my end and not theirs, and they helped me resolve it in a timely matter with emails keeping me in the loop the entire process. If you get Mary... she is a superstar! So kind and went above and beyond to assist me! Can’t wait to be able to order something again seeing how fantastic they were this time around.

This is a great little product. I installed them in about 5 seconds and they shine so bright. I would have given 5 stars but they didn’t fit in some of my receptacles. Possibly due to the way my receptacles were put into the box. Love them though!

Mary was excellent. I had a customer that cancelled on me and Mary was able to get in contact with the shipping company to cancel the shipping. I honestly didn’t know if that would be possible but I’m so glad she went the extra mile to find out!
