I received my new Ray Bans in a timely manner from the date I ordered them. Item was exactly as described. After reading some comments below, I called before ordering and the customer service rep was extremely helpful. I'm glad they got things together because I love my new shades :-)

I was hesitant to order frames from an online vendor. Hell, I'm hesitant to order from any online vendor, no matter the industry. However, i took my chances and have no regrets. After placing my order, I too received an email saying that my item was on back order. I called isunglasses and was told it would take between one to two weeks. I followed up with the company 10 days later and was told my frames had arrived and was going to be sent out by end of day. I later received an email with tracking info and received my frames today, the day after. I am within the same borough as the company so this plays a major part as to why I received it so soon after being shipped out. I did not give the company anything less of five stars because I purchased the same frames from a different site and was told the same thing "back ordered". I searched again online because I was anxious for my frames and came across isunglasses who offered a cheaper price. I canceled the previous purchase. Point is, most online vendors do not keep much inventory because they do not sell as rapidly as a physical store. My questions and concerns were addressed respectfully every time I made contact with the company. Thank you for my fabulous new frames!

This is the worst purchase I have every made!!! Purchased my sunglasses Dec 31, 2014 & it is now Feb 6, 2015 & still cannot recieve my glasses, but you were quick to take my money. I've called many times to inquire about the location of my glasses (where are they) & all I've been told is that they still have not received them from the manufacturer with the promise that they would contact me & let me know what the status was on my order. It's now been 3 weeks!!!! I will never do business with this company again. My husband is in the military & I will make sure that he spreads the word on how this company does business. Very unprofessional & highly upset!!!!

I ordered a pair of glasses I was not sure will fit with the confidence of a misguiding FREE shipment and "hassle free return". Well it turns out that since I returned the glasses, the FREE original shipment becomes charged and on top of it, they debited a 10% restocking fee. Also, I paid for the return shipping. The result of all this is that for a $112 dollar value glasses returned, I only got refund of $90 and paid $10 for the courier. All in all, I ended paying $30 for nothing!. Many other companies offer free returns, and at the minimum, no one charges for the original FREE shipment plus stocking fee!! I think it is fair to pay the return courier, but this made me feel like a sheep sheared! Conclusion: stay away from Isunglasses!

I hesitantly ordered from this company because I could not find the sunglasses I wanted any where else. I figured if there were any issues I could dispute the charges on my card. They send you an email with your receipt saying in 1-5 business days they will send you an email with your shipping information. Just like their reviews say………..NOTHING! I am going to give them the opportunity to contact me as I have submitted an email request for them to do so but I am doubtful I will be contacted. How does a company like this stay is business. I wish I would have seen their "F" rating on the BBB and all of the same issues.

After waiting over 4 weeks for two pairs of ray ban sunglasses and not being able to chase them on the tracking website as I'm told error error error I finally received a package today!, opened it with excitement only to find a random cheap and cheerful black pair of sunglasses with rayban stuck on them! Clearly fakes!!! But now I have the problem of getting a refund as the company quite frankly don't want to know. I've now informed them that I am going to report the website as it's an absolute scam! STAY AWAY

I kept getting the run around on a shipment. First of all if they DON’T have the sunglasses don’t offer them say ‘ran out’ so people avoid purchasing them and waiting a month for them to arrive second make sure they give right information I kept been told that next week and next week and then finally we don’t have the shipment and we don’t know when we’ll receive them and she just cancelled my order. SUCKS

Don't believe anything they tell you. Everything on their website is on backorder. The backorder times are made up. They charge your credit card immediately and then you never hear from them again. Shut this terrible business down.
