I will never order from this place again. The wrong glasses were sent form the manufacturer and it was on back order and I wasn't notified until after the fact. I've been waiting over a month to receive my glasses.

DON'T ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. I ordered expensive sunglasses even paying $25 for 2 day shipping bc I read the bad reviews. Went against my better judgement and 4 weeks later no glasses and no one will tell me why they haven't shipped, nor have I received refund. Bad bad business practices!!.

iSunglasses answers the phone timely. Their customer service rep Is friendly but the one thing I want more Han anything is on time delivery. This is where they do not live up to their Service Level Agreement. They take your money real fast but deliver very slowly. They don't even try to offer you anything to make up for their lack of on time service. This is my first and last experience with them. I cannot recommend them.

I placed an order for Mykita eye glasses because they were listed for half the price elsewhere. It took a few weeks for my glasses to come in because they were shipped from Germany, but my glasses arrived as advertised. I did call customer support once during the wait just to check status and the rep I spoke to was very professional and explained they were not an instock item, but shipped from the manufacturer. Overall, I am very pleased and would consider ordering from them again if/when I need new glases.

isunglasses.com is an absolute scam like some others on the internet. Does not stock items they sell, so they cannot make their estimated delivery date. I was not able to contact the Company via email, their website contact form nor phone. They don't respond to emails or website contact form and their phone goes straight to voicemail, which is full. I suspect they are getting too many voicemail complaints. Don't be tempted by the low prices, as they can't deliver. Had to go to my credit card Company to get my money back.

Ordered pair of glasses for 1/2 retail price about 3 months ago. I got an email saying item is back ordered for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, I called customer service and was told that it is back ordered for 1 more week and that I should call back in a week. I kept calling every week and was told that item is back ordered for another week. This went on for 2 months until I called to cancel order. It's been over 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten refund... I may have to dispute through paypal.

The OGI eyeglasses I purchased appeared fine when they arrived but when I took them to my optometrist to have my prescription installed he told me that the base of each lens was rolled and warped making it difficult to install the prescription lenses. Phone contact with isunglasses customer service was not encouraging, my questions were met me disinterest and abruptness. I will not be dealing with this company again.

I don't usually write a review. But I had to write one this time. I'll just write facts, instead of all the adjectives about this company. I ordered 1 eye glasses (Mykita). Isunglasses offered very nice price (half- the original price). I called them, and I made an order, and they sent me a email saying that it is back-ordered and I have to wait 3 months to get it, so I waited. I called them every month to find out any news. This is the third month, and what they told me today was, "Since there was so many back orders, Mykita decided to discontinue the product." After all the wait, what they told me is, I can't get this product. I ordered different sunglasses as well, and they gave me the same answer as well. One of the worst company ever I have experienced.
