After 2 months I did receive the sunglasses. One pair broken and I am trying to have replaced. Both pair are actually really nice and well made. I placed another order and will document how that goes.

They arrived promptly but one of the lenses was loose in frame. The help team did not seem to know what to do. I sent them back, did get a refund but as they said there was nothing wrong with them, lost out because the promised refund of postage did not happen

The OGI eyeglasses I purchased appeared fine when they arrived but when I took them to my optometrist to have my prescription installed he told me that the base of each lens was rolled and warped making it difficult to install the prescription lenses. Phone contact with isunglasses customer service was not encouraging, my questions were met me disinterest and abruptness. I will not be dealing with this company again.

I ordered an expensive frame, which arrived with a defective hinge. When I reported this fact, initially they did not respond. A week later I send a reminder. Their response: I reported the problem too late and should contact the manufacturer for warranty. I reported the problem 3-4 weeks after the item was delivered because I was abroad for a while at the time (the item actually was supposed to arrive before that but it was on back-order for a while). I explained this in a respons, but never received a reply after that. Very disappointing. Especially considering it was a $300+ purchase.

I ordered a pair of glasses I was not sure will fit with the confidence of a misguiding FREE shipment and "hassle free return". Well it turns out that since I returned the glasses, the FREE original shipment becomes charged and on top of it, they debited a 10% restocking fee. Also, I paid for the return shipping. The result of all this is that for a $112 dollar value glasses returned, I only got refund of $90 and paid $10 for the courier. All in all, I ended paying $30 for nothing!. Many other companies offer free returns, and at the minimum, no one charges for the original FREE shipment plus stocking fee!! I think it is fair to pay the return courier, but this made me feel like a sheep sheared! Conclusion: stay away from Isunglasses!
