I tried to place an order and there appeared to be a glitch on their website, I wasn't sure if my order had been placed but payment was taken. I then looked at the reviews on Trust Pilot (too late now I know) and some were terrible reviews. I was a little concerned to say the least. I rang the company the following morning and their customer service was excellent. My order had gone through and I received my purchase within a couple of days even though I chose the free 2nd class Royal Mail. My sunglasses were of good quality and overall I am very pleased.

I was reluctant to place an order because of the mixed reviews. However, I was very pleasantly surprised to find myself on the "happy customer" camp. The price was totally unbeatable and communications were sufficient - albeit without the typical customer service rep cheerfulness, which is not a problem in my book if the order is processed properly. The frame I ordered was on back-order - which I had been told before ordering - but it arrived quite a bit ahead of the expected date. A delivery address snafu that I was responsible for was handled very well, with flexibility and willingness to help me address and solve the problem by cancelling my order while holding the frames and then shipping it after I placed a new order 3 days later (wanted to wait for the paypal refund first). I was even able to get the facebook "like" discount on my second order and was very happy about that. I would order again and would recommend ordering from them.
