After 2 months I did receive the sunglasses. One pair broken and I am trying to have replaced. Both pair are actually really nice and well made. I placed another order and will document how that goes.

I have been awaiting to receive my items for over a month now. I have contacted Customer Service and they say it is stuck in Customs in the US. They have responded, but, I still think there is something amiss. Their site says you should receive the order within 5-15 days and it's been over 30 days! I will ask for a refund. Let's see if I get it.

They are a SCAM. They resort to spamming their product and unethical marketing by spamming your mailbox or your business. Would not buy from them!!!! BEWARE!

To set the record straight these bad reviews on here are actually for the US isunglasses not the UK I-sunglasses, which are two completely different companies. We (I-sunglasses) aren't on Trustpilot & don't even sell the products that bad reviews are being wrote for.

I tried to place an order and there appeared to be a glitch on their website, I wasn't sure if my order had been placed but payment was taken. I then looked at the reviews on Trust Pilot (too late now I know) and some were terrible reviews. I was a little concerned to say the least. I rang the company the following morning and their customer service was excellent. My order had gone through and I received my purchase within a couple of days even though I chose the free 2nd class Royal Mail. My sunglasses were of good quality and overall I am very pleased.

I saw the glasses I wanted and was attracted by the price. I looked for reviews and was concerned by the negative reviews for this company, albeit not recent reviews. I decided to go for it and purchased the glasses. I paid for next day delivery and they arrived delivered by Royal Mail---the next day. I have just collected them from the sorting office as I was at work for the delivery. They are well packaged and seem pretty good sunglasses. Hope fully this will asuage people's fears.

They arrived promptly but one of the lenses was loose in frame. The help team did not seem to know what to do. I sent them back, did get a refund but as they said there was nothing wrong with them, lost out because the promised refund of postage did not happen

Received my glasses as anticipated and at a great price!
