iSunglassesReviews of isunglasses.com

Unfortunately I did not check the raitings here before I purchased. Paid for fast shipping, didn't come overnight. I did get a refund for that however my package did not arive until almost three weeks later. I ordered three pairs of Ray Bans, one came with scratches on the frames and the other wasn't even one of the pairs I ordered. I also did not recieve any verification of purchase and upon calling the company they have no records of my purchase. Total scam. BEWARE of their new website iSunglasses2014.com also!

Placed order on 5/25 and received the incorrect frames, was told to return them that they would reimburse the return shipping charges. Finally on 6/16 after exchanging several emails where they continually told me to be patient or request a refund I called and was told the correct frames were out of stock. Total scam! Horrible customer experience. Spoke with someone by the name of Kathryn who no decent company would hire for good customer service. Amazon should remove them being one of their third party sellers. Because of this experience I will no longer order through Amazon or on the internet PERIOD. Was told today that my refund of $114.86 would hit my credit card within a few hours, although after reading the experiences of others with iSunglasses.com I'm not feeling too confident that I'll ever receive my refund, but you can bet I'll do whatever it takes to receive my money back plus the return shipping charge. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT ORDER FROM iSUNGLASSES.COM!!!!

I called to be sure that the Ray Ban 3212 glasses that I really like were in stock. I was told yes and if I ordered before 1PM EST I would have them the next day if I paid $35 for overnight shipping. I placed the order and tried to track via UPS. I noticed that the shipment was not progressing and that they had misspelled my last name which made me think that there was an issue with my credit card. I called and was reassured that my order was on its way. Several days later, I received an email stating that the glasses were not in stock and that they searched and could not find them. They wanted me to look on their web site for another pair that I might like. I do not do business with liars!

From the beginning, I felt like I was dealing with amateurs. If someone pays for 2 day shipping or overnight you would think that they would be in somewhat of a hurry to ship. On the first order they kept calling me days later saying we are out of this model or that model, when email would have been better so I could see the style they were missing. They had about half of the glasses I tried to order. I was trying several to see what looked best since they said they a no hassle return policy. Well that's when things got really bad, when I tried to return the reject pairs. They still owed me over $500, insisted they didn't, laughed at me for buying all the pairs to try on, just so rude. I had to prove my case with receipts and finally they conceded they owed me the money with no apologies and waited 5 days to refund me the money when they could have done it right away.

Never got an answer about when my glasses would be shipped; the website tool to check order status is broken. When calling customer service I was on hold for 40 minutes and never talked to a real person, never had the opportunity to leave a message. Received my $350 glasses after almost 2 weeks, and the $60.00 transition lenses I ordered were not put into the prescription. I am now fighting with the company to get a refund for a product I paid for and never received. RUN LIKE MAD AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a product in December, never received confirmation or order number until I called. Two months later I called and was told the glasses were on back order and I'd receive in March. Called again in April and told they cancelled the order and the item was no longer available (called the manufacturer and was told the item is a staple and available). No refund issued when cancelled in March without any notification being sent to me regarding the cancellation. On April 15 was told a refund would be issued in 24 hours - 6 days later still no refund. Worst customer service ever. Rude service person name Katie who no decent company would ever hire.

I ordered eye glasses in December and never received them. Company told me there is nothing they can do about it. I am out $169. Customer service reps gave me the run around and there is still not resolution. Looking to take further legal action. Buyer beware.

Had ordered a pair of sunglasses from isunglasses.com. After a week of not thinking about it, I went back and looked through my emails and noticed I never received an order confirmation, or any communication for that matter after placing my order. Luckily I had ordered using paypal to pay. I sent isunglasses.com an email. Day later after hearing no response from them, I opened a dispute with paypal for the charge. A few days later I received a phone call and talked with a Lisa. She informed me that the glasses I had ordered were backordered and they should be receiving them any day. Fine, no big deal. I just wish they had communicated this with me. I informed her that I would stop the dispute with paypal once I saw a shipping confirmation. A week later still nothing. I emailed them again and received a response this time saying that they would not ship the item until I stopped the dispute with paypal. I was done at this point. I let the paypal dispute finish up. They never once responded to the open dispute with paypal and try to clear it up. Am convinced that had I closed the dispute on my side, I would never have seen the sunglasses and I would've been SOL. Lame customer service, and lame business model if they are a legit business. I would steer clear of these guys and do NOT do business with them.
