I wouldn’t even give it a star but I don’t have the option. The place is a rat infested place the one on Garth rd in Baytown Texas. You cannot get to talk to a supervisor because the manager or employees are not allowed to give the info so they say. Most of my stuff was damaged due to the rat Infestation pee and droppings everywhere on everything, the hallway is all poop and pee from the rats I think the place to to shut down. I have insurance on there and it’s been month trying to get a claim and no one has contacted me. All I got in the mail was a letter for unit increase and they still have the rats problem but want you to pay more while your stuff is being damaged I have plenty of videos and picture for proof. I even witness these big rats all over the ceiling a day that I went to remove the rest of my stuff out the storage. Please stay away from this place find a different storage to store your belongings.

The location on garth road in baytown Texas is rat infested. All my furniture, important papers an personal items are full of rat pee an poop. Spoke to the front desk an they told me they can't do anything about it an if I file a insurance claim on my stuff I need receipts.. where am I suppose to get receipts on all my stuff that I had for more than a year. So paying for insurance on my unit is a waist of money. I wouldn't advise this place to no one unless you don't mind your stuff full of rat pee an poop.

We are customers at the Lexington Park, MD IStorage Facility and are extremely pleased with the customer service we receive and the how clean the establishment is with both the buildings and grounds. Shannon is an amazing, friendly and outgoing person that goes above and beyond in ensuring each customer is treated like a person and not jut a number. We highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a clean facility to store items safely. Shannon cares about her customers and it shows through her professionalism and daily interactions.

Roofs leaking ruined my items I complained and they refused to fix it. Now that the roof totally caved in they decided to fix it but all of my items were molded and water damaged by the time I came to get my things. No response from corporate or management. Homeless people live in the storage units and the cameras are broken so no security.

I would not recommend istorage to anyone. Upon renting a unit the lot had only ONE person working there. She was obviously flustered and frustrated and shared all the other employees quit. When signing the agreement the price was $159.99. The very next month the price jumped to $190.00. I should have went to where I previously rented at public storage.

Never ever ever rent units from iStorage. First they have raided the rent 3 times in less than two years. They changed their payment system hoping you won't catch on so that you miss your monthly rent payment so they take over your unit.

Stay away from Burlington NJ Istorage. Their outdoor area is a playground for criminals. There are no cameras. Locks are cut from trailers. Tires are slashed. No security at all. Fence is easy to climb over. Staff is no help and is making no changes to make the area more secure. Should have known to stay away once I saw the condition of the property and landscaping. You’ve been warned

Horrible. They increase the rates any time they want, several times a year. Broken AC in their climate controlled unit. Staff are not very helpful.
