This is my first scooter and great for the price. It say the the max speed is 21 mph, but I can only run one time thru 20 mph on a downhill. But thats ok, 15 mph is enough for safety. I already fall and and it was bad. Anyways, its a great vehicle to go to work.

When I spoke with customer service she was very pleasant and helpful. The only problem is figuring out the cruise control.
