I literally got this because my where my girl lives in Koreatown, parking is horrible; I literally park 6-8 blocks away unless I get lucky. So instead of renting lime scooters, I decided to buy another electric skateboard. I have been using since I was in college; it's how I would get around the hilly campus. So I knew what i was looking for; and the specifications are fast enough to not struggle going uphill. Also, the wheels are what drew me to this model, and they are very comfortable to ride the uneven streets of LA. I've overcome cracks like nothing, and this is by far my favorite electric skateboard. So far been reliable and worked as it should. Also has a green light that makes your ride glow at night, also useful to make you visible to other cars. Very fast ride, and you definitely need to be careful or you can get really hurt. Kind of heavy, but the normal heavy you would expect from a motorized skateboard. Great product and very fun to ride full speed.

Amazing project and great team.

Shipped bikes quickly and fixed the issue with sending free locks once contacted. The two bikes are fun and user friendly. My son enjoys riding his bike to school instead of getting driven. Wish I would of bought these earlier. Also, I appreciate the discount given for first responders!

They were very prompt with fulfilling my needs. They even worked over the weekend to ensure I was satisfied.

Best customer support team ever!!!! I had an issue with my new scooter lights not working. I simply went to my isinwheel app and texted the team and told them my problem in detail. A technician replied back and even gave me instructions on how it might be fixed. After trying the steps, I still had no luck. They simply sent me a new set of lights for free no questions asked. I was able to plug them in and presto!!!! Perfection!!!! Thanks to the team for an outstanding job in handling my situation as they did Customer for life, Ryan Compton, Temple Texas.

We absolutely love the scooter my son rides it all the time!

Very fast shipping. Thank you

The S10 max scooter is built to last. It has a great suspension and controls. The only recommended improvement is to integrate a locking code win the app to disable the scooter. I have had my scooter for a year and would highly recommend it recommended this scooter.
