When I received my H7pro it had been damaged during shipping and isinwheel support was prompt considerate and attentive as well as dedicated to solving the issues with my defective scooter. I felt like a valued customer and was assured that every action would be taken to insure my satisfaction. After several emails between us and a few new parts were sent and just like that isinwheel solved the problem and now I'm able to enjoy my h7pro. Thanks isenwheel, I recommend this companies scooters and bikes based on customer service and support alone, not to mention, the product is made of quality sturdy materials and comfortable too.

Something exceptional is going on at isinwheel. They have a great product and they stand by to help if anything is amiss in the order. They work hard to make the order complete. I ordered a Hyper X scooter and the front fender was damaged in shipping. They were very helpful in making sure I received the correct part and they shipped it with urgency. I ordered two of their U1 electric bikes as well. Great construction and all are fun to ride!

Upon researching Electric Bikes, I made a decision to purchase from isinwheel. I bought the M60 750W All-terrain Electric Bike. The staff were great to communicate with in making recommendations for my needs as well as any questions. Open arrival, the assembly instructions were easy to understand and to assemble the bike, I was out riding the first day I got it! This bike is solid, rides smooth and looks great! I am happy I went with isinwheel, great service and products!

The customer service with this company is awesome. The son‘s scooter broke down. We emailed back back-and-forth. They answered quickly finally decided what they told us wasn’t working so they shipped a new part that did the trick scooters back on the road and running Super Duper.

I have had some wonderful experiences with this company and my GT2-2024 scooter. I had a problem with my shaft it felt loose when riding I don’t know if it was a gradual effect from riding and I couldn’t remember if it started out like that so I was concerned and emailed support with a video of where I thought the problem was. Before every ride when I’m idle I check all nuts and bolts wipe down wheels and such.. Anyway I waited a few minutes and my email went off and I got an answer for me. They needed as second look which I gave them and they instructed that there was a problem and that the shaft definitely needed to be replaced. I was floored and Happy they found the problem and are sending a replacement so I can keep riding.. Now I don’t say these things to hype this Company up cause my riding gives me proof of the product I’m am so satisfied My warranty going to run out soon but I’m confident that I’ll ride for another few years as long as I keep her serviced. I want to thank them for their help and support😊
