This is a fantastic scooter. Well design and quality materials. Fast delivery and high quality support. I want to mention and recognize Tom, who is a Senior Customer Support Representative, for his outstanding attention and service. He helped me answer all my questions about certain doubts I had toward the scooter functioning. This is a reliable company to buy from. Everywhere I go some people get impress with the scooter and give me compliments, this is how nice it looks. It charges faster than I expect. It drives fast and suspension is amazing. It is all I was looking for. I am very happy with my purchase. Suggestion before use it go and pump air in the tires. Maximum air you can pump is 30psi.

Customer support from this company has been amazing. Everytime i have an issue they promptly resolve it. I recommend this company they work brilliantly.

I am truly grateful for the kindness and care shown by the iSinwheel customer support team. From the very first email, they were compassionate, patient, and incredibly responsive. Every message was answered quickly, which made a stressful situation feel so much easier. What touched me the most is how willing they were to help and go above and beyond to make things right. Thanks to their support, my 13-year-old son is beyond excited to finally get his scooter fixed. His smile means everything to me as a parent. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers, not just the product. iSinwheel showed us kindness, professionalism, and true goodwill. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We truly appreciate you and highly recommend iSinwheel. Ana Terry

Bought this for my almost 12-year-old son and he is so happy with it. It’s functioning really well. All of the added features like the rainbow light up panel is a lot of fun. The bell and the front light are great as well.

Research was easy, the purchasing experience was straightforward, and so far, the S Nova Pro has been an amazing commuter scooter! With my packs, I'm probably about 240 lbs, and the scooter keeps me in the 20-25mph range and gets me up the one modest hill on my commute with ease. From the train station to work and back is about 5 miles, which takes 1 of the 5 bars off the battery gauge. Be warned, though, this thing IS a beast... at 60 lbs, you can't just fold it up and carry it around. This scooter is solidly built, although the rear fender rattles over the big bumps that the suspension absorbs. I am delighted with my choice, and I still have two weeks remaining on my trial period!

We absolutely LOVE our isinwheel S9 Pro Pneumatic Tire Electric Scooter, so much that we ordered a second scooter for our family!

It was refreshing to have our issue solved in a timely manner with considerate e-mail communications. Our problem was understood and taken care of. Thank you

The customer service experience has been very good; I had a problem with the bike and they were always answering my questions about the warranty.
