Been having hard time understanding why half of Americans has gotten there refund and #2 stimulus,everytime I call there saying we are backed up its been a year and I have not received my 2019 when I go on the my refund app it says not enough Informationen as well as 2# stimulus

I have had the same bank account for the last 5 years I had no problem receiving my first stimulus check nothing about my information has changed why is my status still saying not available I have children and desperately need my money this is not fair I'm pissed!!!

I been waiting for 12 months for my income tax! I have called and called apparently the 60 day hold!!! Takes a year and a half cause I have not received a letter a notice are anything from the irs!!! I’m sorry they did send me a letter saying I will not get the first stimulus because they get it to me in time also I’m out of job!! They have people working from home who does nothing period irs are not smart they can’t be anything I did wrong they put me hold to pop some pop corn and says yea we need 60 days well I asked how long is 60 days I heard that last year

The IRS must have morons working for them! I have had same bank account for past 3 years yet my second stimulus check they sent to an account I don't even recognize! Mind U last years stimulus went in correct bank account.....hmm could that be they are stalling on purpose or what? Needless to say I'm pissed😡

Again, I'm last to recieve my Stimulus check... Everyone I know has already gotten theirs, mine is no where to be seen. I received mine weeks after everyone else last time. I constantly get blocked for any assistance, TWC blocks my unemployment and I havent received any money at all since Sept. The government apparently targets me and wants me to die. When I apply for tutiti9n programs, I am shot down instantly, I apply for food stamps/other assistance and I'm laughed off the phone. I am assuming it's mostly because I'm white and the huge thing right now is "white people dont need assistance, they have priviledge." I'm over it. If I could leave this sh*thole country, I would in a heartbeat.

The Customer service Is the worst I ever experience Cannot tell a person nothing on the phone And took people stimulus money but want people to pay bills It is already hard for us out here Like yall my money and cannot tell me nothing

I just got off the phone with a representative that acused me of being late on my payments, and was very defensive. I was having a good morning until I spoke to her. I have NEVER been late. Just because your office was closed due to covid and the payments were sitting on your desks and unopened, does not make my payment late. It's not my fault that your office was closed, and to charge me interest because your office was closed is very unprofessional. Your representatives should be more understanding and less angry or aggressive at the customer who actually do send in their payments. It's not like I'm paying her directly.

Waited 2hrs for someone to answer my phone call, at 7 pm EST the phone line was disconnected as their hours of operations end at 7pm EST. The worst and the most unethical organization in the US.
