Hmm.. where do I start? My husband and I filed our taxes early PER the IRS's request. That date was on Feb 12, 2021 it was Excepted Feb 14, 2021. As time goes by and now day 36, it is saying STILL PROCESSING.. HOW? WHY? I have called the IRS waited on the phone for 1 hour and finally was connected to a Rep, and was told that I should keep checking my bank! I am! And NOTHING!! Also, There has been NUMEROUS people that I know that filed there return 3 days ago and there return was Accepted, and now pending in there bank account! How? WHY? Is the IRS "picking" and "choosing"? If so.. that is wrong! DON'T tell us people to file early and have us all sitting around waiting for OUR money! I understand there is a Pandemic going on and the President Signed the Bill for the Stimulus but don't you think they should have workers doing different things? Have workers do the Taxes, have workers do the Stimulus Etc.. I still have yet to get my Stimulus! If the IRS got my Tax Return which they did, they would see my current banking info. but NO, they sent it a closed account! That goes to show they ARE NOT doing there JOB right! Now I have too wait for a check in the mail! IRS, STOP picking & Choosing who gets there returns. I will be going to my local news and newspaper very soon and letting them know what the Internal Revenue is doing!

IRS IS LYING ABOUT PAPER RETURNS..... THEYRE JUST REFUSING TO PROCESS THEM....

This is completely out of control. I do understand that COVID has caused much delays but the IRS is completely dishonest and all over the place when it comes to handling out refunds and customer service. I have filed my 2019 tax return on March 9, 2020 and as of today I have no refund. I was told it was due to identity theft and that my case would close out on February 5, 2021 and it is still open. I can not get through to anyone to check the status. This issue has caused me to not get any of the stimulus checks they sent out and it also has affected me filing my 2020 taxes. I could not file electronically and had to mail in my return and to be honest I’m not even expecting them to issue me my refund. It’s been well over 180 days and they have not resolved this issue. I am months behind in rent and I’m in a tremendous amount of debt. I need my money because it will help in so many ways. Now I am afraid I may be evicted all because of this IRS situation they refuse to handle. As of now, I will be looking to SUE THE IRS. I mean, there must be a way right?!? Lol

I'm writing this review because I hear far too much IRS bashing and it's totally unfair and unfounded. You'd think that the IRS is the enemy, versus a vital government service responsible for handling the bulk of the country's revenue. Ridiculous. Several years ago, I made a mistake on my tax return and I was not aware of the error. It was a mistake not in my favor. The IRS caught it, sent an explanation, and adjusted my return upward automatically I was super impressed by this, and it serves as a reminder that they're not the enemy. And they don't only look for and act on errors that favor the government - they're simply doing their jobs and in a fair manner. I think they do an outstanding job! Oh, and I am not an IRS employee, nor are any of my friends or family.

I don't want to give you a start at all .. you stole my money the $600 that me and my husband was supposed to get what you did was illegal your rules are after taxes are done you send a NOTICE!!!!! 60 days after taxes are done .. you LIED!! And said you sent a notice to both of us never got it .. and you sent our money to the unemployment and we called them and they said they didn't get a notice and they don't take stimulus money.. you don't care if people are struggling starving or dying .. what you did WAS ILLEGAL!!! Trump set the rules to where the IRS can't touch the stimulus money or touch it for back taxes it's supposed to come to us in our pockets we are the ones that are struggling but you guys don't care... and the way you did US was wrong and we was forced to file a tax credit rebate.. you should be ashamed of yourselves knowing that people are going through a tough time and people are struggling with this covid-19 and instead of people suffering you want to take from them.. and when people try to call the IRS they have their phones shut down and saying we're sorry we're temporarily closed at the moment you guys have done nothing but Rob us from our money .. SHAME ON YOU !!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Yes this has been a crazy 2 years .i did my taxes have 3 kids never got my 2 stimulus or 3rd one and its been over 21 days and my taxes are still saying being processed this is ridiculus.its my damn money and i need it now ..then i cant reach no one at the irs so now what ?i just loose out on the two checks now ..

Why is it their customer service line is supposedly open from 7am to 7pm but yet I get a machine telling me there is no one available please call back the FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY ?!?! This is ridiculous, I’m honestly concerned about my tax info & my stimulus check. I haven’t received my second and I’m starting to think I won’t be able to receive my third because the IRS doesn’t FEEL like working. My child and I are suffering! Why is it so complicated for them to just answer my questions and concerns???

Waited 2 years for a simple refund. Unbelievable.
