If only trust pilot had a minus star rating system. My only regret is that I didn't write down the id code of the representative whom I have a complaint about because then I would at least get to post it here. I have so much to say about this jerk, I can't even call it a person. I'm pretty sure even fires of hell wouldn't burn him up. It is the most rudest, disgusting jerk I had ever come across in a representative. They are suppose to be of help and knowledgeable but it was the exact opposite. It demanded money, I am not exaggerating, literally during a time of covid 19, thanksgiving had just passed and holidays around the corner, demanding I pay a huge lump of sum NOW, because I couldn't pay when I filed my taxes. I found out through my own research that I qualify for an FTA but it didn't even bother to tell me of this program. In fact it even had the nerve to say, "this is your fault". It doesn't even know my situation now or then. I hung up on it and called again and spoke with a different it. This time around this representative was much better in demeanor however it had no idea what I meant by applying for an FTA to reduce the taxes or even knew the guidelines. These are the types of its working in the IRS, a dog and a cat would better suffice to work there at least we'd get a friendly bark or a meow or two. The IRS has the most discourteous and dumbest people working in their department. The US, IRS are loan sharks, instead of being a united formed helpful government they are literally bullies in uniform with a 3rd grade level education.

It took 45 mins for the CSR to confirm the form I needed for installment payments and the mailing address. This should’ve been a 10 min call at best.The online tool informed me to call. Absolutely ridiculous.

This IRS employees and their stupid system, i filed my tax return for 2019 and haven't get it yet, and its been 8 months already, and now because of that they are not giving me any information about my stimulus check just keep telling me to call back in a month that there's nothing I can do or that they could do to help me, the IRS are the first to take your money and charge you taxes in everything but when u need their help they are unable to do anything for you. I'm sooo tired of calling, waiting in line 2 hours just to get connected and then some ... telling me that there's nothing they can do, c'mon they are the IRS, all I can see is that they don't care

HELP! I call and get transferred or it gets disconnected. I am available to call, however, I have simple updates why cant i get any assistance, and trying to learn the amendment tax form and read and study it as well online, can someone assist with ensuring address is correct?? I can not put in for banking and trying to change banking information and can not access the site?????

EMPLOYEES HAVE CRAPPY ATTITUDES AND APPARENTLY NO ONE COMMUNICATES. get it together.

I submitted an amended form in March 2020 and expected it to be processed within 16 weeks as advertised by the IRS. It has been more than 16 weeks and when I finally managed to get through to a live person, they informed me that they directed me to return the amended form to an office that is currently closed. They then told me that I would need to wait an additional 16 weeks for my refund. I wonder if they would be agreeable to receiving payment 32 weeks after the forms were submitted. Because of the issue, I did not receive my stimulus check. I am now out approximately $3700 and owe for several months rent due to the IRS.

I called at 4:35 cst , after being disconnected 6 times. Finally someone answers. I had 3 questions the agent stated she did not want to help me because she did not want to hear a crash and I had nothing to write with. After explaining I was ok and I only had 3 questions. It was clear that agent did not want assist me. She advised that I would probably need to call back because i was not taking notes. The agent placed me on hold for 10 minutes hoping I would hang up, she talked over me and laughed. The older agent stated I did not know what I was talking about. I advised the agent that had breathing treatments before she placed me on hold. I also requested to that a manager call me back before the rude older IRS agent hung up.

The worse its ever been! No agent to help resolve issues or explain problems. No EIP or Refund to date. Automated system wait time hours and at times it just drops and you have to start over. Very bad for those of us that need help.
