Please note that the listed length is measured on the hair while straight, prior to curling, which is standard practice for curly textures. Curly hair extensions also undergo additional processing to achieve and maintain the correct curl pattern, color, and texture. For this reason, they can be more sensitive than straight extensions and require extra care to maintain their appearance. This does not mean the hair is synthetic; our extensions are made from 100% human hair. We take claims regarding product quality and customer communication very seriously.
