Amazing customer service!

I ordered hair extensions following a colour match service, but while they were in transit I realised they weren’t going to blend well with my hair. I contacted customer service in advance, as I was being charged £65 in customs fees, to ask if I could refuse delivery. I was told I would still need to pay the fee and then return the parcel. When the extensions arrived today, I opened the package purely to find the return instructions, only to discover that the security seal which must remain intact for a return had already been broken. This now means I can’t return them at all. The colour doesn’t match, I’ve paid £65 in customs charges, and I’m left with a product I can’t use. The fact that the seal was already broken, effectively preventing any return, is extremely concerning. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

I love how it has a sample of the product first. Literally the quality of it is so good and it’s so easy to clip on and style the hair.

I requested to cancel a subscription and not only did they cancel it, they reimbursed the last payment. Also immediately and no questions asked.

When I ordered these extensions I didn’t know what to expect since there’s so many out there but I can say that they are by far very high quality! They are so soft and look so good! Shipping was also fast which was a plus! Highly recommend if you’re in search for some great hair extensions!
