I've only been trading Futures for a short while and Ironbeam came highly recommended. Setup is stress-free and commissions are super affordable for someone just getting their feet wet. Support is personal and quick which you need when everything is still new. And most importantly the ability to get in and out of trades in a heartbeat while connected through a third-party platform makes trading a real pleasure.

Mike was extremely helpful and patient while guiding me through the use of the platform. If I could suggest improvements, it would be on drawing tools and indicators, especially fibonacci. Also, the ability to to click on the chart and set buy and sell and limit orders while setting stop loss and take profit all by "dragging" to desired price action.

Closing my account! Worst customer service! And the platform wasn’t as robust as Tradovate.

Overall experience was fine. Had a little snag trying to open an account on a Saturday but the staff was very helpful and everything was resolved the next business day. Some help files (not videos) would be nice in the Getting Started area and also some online help on how to do the basic functions like add volume to a chart, etc. All in all though I think I will be a satisfied customer for a long time to come :) Thanks !
