Worst ever experience with broker company. If you starting to ask questions, you treated as a fraudulent person. Online support can just close chat while you trying to ask questions. upd: 1. You telling not true. It is Ironbeam account. I was logged into to my account via ironbeam.com, when it was active. I asked questions via online chat and was recognised as a client. Below are funding instructions: Bank: BMO Harris Bank 111 W. Monroe St. Chicago, IL 60603 ABA #: 071-000-288 Swift Code: HATRUS 44 (for international wire use only) Credit: Ironbeam, Inc. 141 W. Jackson Blvd #2600 Chicago, IL 60604 USA Ironbeam Bank Account Number: 3031226 2. Your support stuff tells me via online chat that I am fraud (whatevery it means). I asked you by phone call what was meant by "fraud". No answer, only "blablabla". 3. Your sutuff quitting chat leaving questions unanswered (chat nickname larry.mcerlean). Investigate better. You sitting right beheind each other physically, in the office (your company staff tell this via phone call). You exactly know what is wrong and was able to help, but you decided just get rid of me and my questions. 4. NONE of my email to your company "clientservice" was answered. NONE. I have chat transcript, account screenshot. I will provide it to trustpilot staff if required. Trustpilot is review website. This is my review. You can agree it or disagree, but it is my review. Now I know that even is USA you should carefully choose broker company. upd: How you know it is not on my name if account is not in your company? Really funny. Account was opened in your company but it was not opened in your company. World should collapse on this words. Anyways, I have full right to represent that person and act from her name. Power of attorney and apostille for it will be provided upon request. upd: You still have not commented behaviour of your client support team.

Hi Dmitry, We investigated this review and noticed that the account number you provided Trustpilot with is for a trading account with an introducing broker of Ironbeam, a separate company and brokerage firm that uses Ironbeam for clearing services. When using an introducing broker it is important to understand that your account's support must be directly with that broker. We investigated the account number you provided us with and it appears that you are not the account holder. This explains our concerns about account security and fraud. We also investigated the chats with our representatives here and I think the language barrier made communicating this difficult and we apologize for any confusion. However, since you are not the account holder, we could not assist you. If the account was meant to be controlled by more than one person, the account holder can contact your broker and complete the necessary documentation to add you as an authorized user on the account. Have a great day, The Ironbeam Team https://www.ironbeam.com

Worst customer service. If you call the phone some guy picks up the phone probably from his bedroom or something and does not give you a chance to speak and directly asks you for your account number so he can transfer you to the person who is handling your account. The guy named Brent is abrupt as well. Never bothers to respond to emails even after several follow ups. I want to deposit funds and trade with ironbeam, but based on my experience with their customer service they look very shady to me especially after reading others' reviews about withdrawal delays etc.

Hi KJ, I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been happy with your experience so far. Unfortunately some of your complaints are standard practice. We of course ask for your account number to verify ownership of the account you are calling in about, and if you are assigned to a particular broker here then you would be transferred to him or his team to assist you. We have been headquartered in the Chicago Board of Trade building since 2010, not a bedroom. You can come tour our offices if you would like to meet our team. If you are emailing your broker over the weekend please give them time to respond. We are not open when the markets are closed, and at the time that you are writing this review, your broker has been in the office for one hour responding to inquiries from the weekend. Have a great day, The Ironbeam Team

The broker is good but the daily statement only being available without a download option is a downside. Having a monthly statement option with a download option would be much more helpful for filing income tax purposes.

Hey Mark, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We provide yearly statements and 1099's for tax purposes, so you shouldn't need to rely on monthly calculations. I will share your valuable feedback with the team so that we can further improve the customer experience. Have a great week, The Ironbeam Team https://www.ironbeam.com 312-765-7200
