If I could give zero stars I would. What is the point in being able to call for assistance for people that work there to be rude? If you don't like your job, find something else to do. They were extremely rude immediately upon answering the phone. The tone was like, 'why are you calling bothering me?' It's utterly disgusting that people like this exist. The guy rudely raised his voice several times. This is what "Customer Service" is these days. I will never use them again!

Mike Murphy was great. He helped me get my money wired from my bank. The problem that I had was with the wire instructions. The aren't very clear.
