Highly disappointed with Ironbeam

Highly disappointed with Ironbeam. Website stated 0% commission for 1 month and $0.39 per contract after that. My first week trading, I was charged $0.99 per contract so I asked for a full refund on the incorrect commission. They told me I was ineligible for the 0% promo due to a disclaimer that was listed in a totally different section of the webpage and there was an error with my promo code for the $0.39 commission rate. I then asked for a partial refund due to the confusion with the poorly placed disclaimer and the promo code error and they refused. This is a terrible business practice and poor customer service; all over $100 in commission.

We understand there might have been a misunderstanding on this, which is why we made an exception to extend the offer to you, even though the promo code was not initially used. We always strive to accommodate and please our customers wherever possible, even when it goes beyond our standard policy. Regarding the second promotion, it appears there might have been a misunderstanding about the eligibility criteria. Our records indicate that your account balance didn't meet the minimum requirement at that time. We apologize if this wasn't clear at the outset.
