I can't say enough positive things about this Company! Sadly, my first bowl arrive broken through no fault of their own. Upon my report of the damaged product, the Company got to work on the damage claim and replacing my bowl. It was probably 2 weeks start to finish but something was happening daily. Bottom line, I got my replacement bowl, it's lovely and this is a good Company. Special shoutout to Arthur in Customer Service for his diligence, kindness and professionalism!

MY EXPERIENCE WITH INVITING HOME WAS EXCELLENT! I RECEIVED EVERYTHING I ORDERED AND ALL THAT I RECEIVED ARRIVED IN GOOD CONDITION. I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH ALBERT WITH SOME QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS I HAD AND ALBERT PATIENTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS - THANK YOU ALBERT! THE ONLY ONE THING THAT I WAS VERY CONCERNED ABOUT WAS THAT FEDEX LEFT MY PACKAGES AT THE END OF MY DRIVEWAY - NEAR THE MAILBOX, BUT MY DRIVEWAY IS 400 FEET LONG AND I CANNOT SEE MY DELIVERIES FROM THAT DISTANCE. PERHAPS YOU WILL MAKE NOTE OF THIS PROBLEM THAT I SEEM TO HAVE WITH FEDEX! I WILL ALSO CONTACT FEDEX WITH MY CONCERNS. THANK YOU INVITING HOME FOR A JOB WELL DONE!
