Despite the excellent packing job for my order, one of the pieces was broken. I called customer service and they immediately sent out a replacement piece! I had it within a few days. I will definitely order from Inviting Home again! Excellent customer service!

I ordered what I needed but they told me I needed a minimum of 2 more or I had to pay extra postage. I did not know the more you ordered the postage was less. Very expensive web site.

Joseph - you ordered a molding with a 4 piece minimum but only ordered x2 pieces. We called you and gave you the option of purchasing just the two pieces but request that you pay a little more to cover the actual shipping charges to ship an 8 foot long box via UPS.
