The fireplace would not work in any room but in a fair sized room or bigger it is truly amazing looking. I'm proud to have it in my home. My installer informed me it arrived without the hardware that the drictions stated. They bought the hardware that of course I paid for. We expected the item to arrive at least a week earlier that led to issues with our installers. All in all it's an impressive looking piece of art.

Chat was responsive and helpful in confirming measurements not published on the website. Shipping was prompt and the medallion was safely packaged. The medallion itself was excellent quality and elevated our dining room beyond expectations!

Misrepresentation of product I ordered 3 porthole mirrors in a size medium after speaking with a customer service representative who assured me that the color was the identical to those on the website. The mirrors I received were a bright gold vs. a bronze color. They've offered to accept a return after penalizing me $250 for restocking and shipping both ways.

I did not receive the sample. Inviting Home called immediately and re-sent the sample. THANK YOU!
