Hi Mark. Tracking was provided to the email address on your order on April 2nd, the day after your order was placed. You contacted us on April 9th, at which point we replied and provided the tracking again. I recommend checking your spam filter.

Misrepresentation of product I ordered 3 porthole mirrors in a size medium after speaking with a customer service representative who assured me that the color was the identical to those on the website. The mirrors I received were a bright gold vs. a bronze color. They've offered to accept a return after penalizing me $250 for restocking and shipping both ways.

I placed an order for two ceiling medallions. The sales person Albert was really helpful. Once I recieved the 2 Medallions I realized that they were not going to fit with the new Chandliers that I purchased. I notified Albert right away about the issue. He told me that he would send over a RA item number within 24 hours. Once I recieved the RA order number I was advised in the email that I had 10 days from the date he sent the RA number to return the Medallion. I am a Nurse Practitioner, I am seeing patient all day long with a very busy schedule. Last Thursday I had some extra time so I went to the Post office and once I got there I was told that the bigger of the two Medallions was to big to ship from the post office. At that time i went on and sent the smaller medallion and I took the larger Medallion to a shipping store. Once I got to the shipping store the young man removed it from my truck and placed it on the scale the total to return the Medallion came up to a total of $315.00. I said "ph no, I am not paying for that, because the cost of the Medallion alone was $388.00 plus tax and he (Albert) tld me that there was a 15% restocking fee. I was so upset and dissapointed in the fact that Albert acted as if there was nothing he could do for me, or even meet me half way with the costs to return the medallion. He acted so nonchalant aabout the situation. I have placed orders on Amazon, overstock, Wayfair and other online compainies and have never had this type of experience. I am stuck with a $388.00 Medallion that no one with this company "Inviting Home" seems to care about. This is bad customer service. I would have never done this to a customer. I just wanted to write this review so I could share my experience with this company. buyer beware.

Terrible customer service! The man was a bully! I was sent two shells made out of styrofoam that I thought where light sconces for $250.00. When asked to return them I was told I would have to ship them back and pay a 15% restocking fee. They have these sconce in there lighting section of this website?

Been trying to return 2 Lamps getting excuse after excuse. Now got RA#s to return which I asked from beginning but email states lamps must show up perfect and credit will be 7 - 10 days. I am not a FOOL, letting Visa deal with Invitation Homes!!!! Scam
